"Useful exercise regimes"

I've seen Dr Penner for a few years now when my lower back acts up.   It used to be incapacitating for days, and now it's just a one day annoyance.    His advice on exercises, and his sure hands have made the difference.

One important thing:  he is willing to honestly discuss what's just a theory and what's  proven, and admits what might not work.  Additionally, his explanations of how the body protects old injuries and winds up atrophying the minor muscles makes a lot of sense...and leads to useful exercise regimes.
